Willow by Azure is a completed development of 76 terrace homes on a private gated site at North Lakes, Queensland. The amenities include a 20-metre swimming pool, a yoga lawn and lounging areas.
Total development cost was AUD $45 million, and the development completed in July 2025.
The homes run in a continuous row of two storeys in pale render, each with a single garage at ground level and a large upper-level window, behind street trees and low clipped hedges.
Our role
JN Group participated as a capital partner. The project carries the Azure name.
