The Terraces by Azure is a completed development of 53 residences set among parkland at Mango Hill, Queensland. Each home has a landscaped private courtyard.
Total development cost was AUD $31 million, and the development completed in March 2024.
The homes are two storeys, finished in pale textured render, with tall vertical screens over the upper-level glazing and private garages at ground level.
Our role
JN Group participated as a capital partner. The project carries the Azure name, which appears on the signage wall at the entrance.
