With over 30 years of leadership experience across Asian and Australian markets, JN Group combines extensive market knowledge with strong resources to identify and pursue investment opportunities.
Who we are
Built on market knowledge and long-standing relationships
JN Group is a privately held investment group focused on real estate. We invest our own capital and the capital of our partners into development and investment opportunities in Australia and across Asia, taking positions that range from passive equity through to development management.
The group's leadership has spent more than three decades working across both regions. That history matters in practice: it determines which opportunities we see before they reach the market, which partners we are willing to stand behind, and how quickly we can form a view on a site.
We work with individual and institutional investors, project partners, financial institutions and regulatory authorities. Each of those groups needs a different level of detail, and we would rather publish clearly than be asked the same question ten times.
