Munro by Azure is a completed development of 100 terrace residences at Bundamba, Queensland. The communal areas include a swimming pool and outdoor lounging areas.
Total development cost was AUD $43 million, and the development completed in August 2025.
The terraces are arranged in rows around internal streets with private courtyards behind, and the pool and its sun terrace sit at the centre of the site beside an open common lawn.
Our role
JN Group participated as a capital partner. The project carries the Azure name.
