Saville by Azure is a completed development of 90 terrace homes on a gated site at Richlands, south-west of the Brisbane CBD. The homes have private courtyards, and the site is landscaped with communal areas. Shops, restaurants, schools and childcare are nearby.
Total development cost was AUD $42 million, and the development completed in October 2024.
The homes are two storeys, finished in white render over a rough stone base, with dark metal balustrades and upper-level living areas opening onto deep covered balconies.
Our role
JN Group participated as a capital partner. The project carries the Azure name, which appears on the entry signage.
Status
Complete since October 2024.
