Overview
The Residences at One Earle Lane is a completed development of 90 residences at Toowong, in Brisbane’s inner west. The architecture draws on classic and contemporary influences, and the building has private amenities for residents. The CBD, public transport, shops and restaurants are nearby.
Total development cost was AUD $85 million, and the development completed in September 2025.
The building is mid-rise, with apartments stacked above a stone-clad ground floor containing the entrance lobby, deep balconies wrapping the upper levels and a planted roof terrace above.
