Central Grove is a residential land development at Austral, in south-western Sydney, of 117 lots ranging from approximately 300 m² to 450 m².
The site is at 505–535 Fifteenth Avenue, on the southern side of the road. A proposed commercial and retail precinct anchored by Woolworths is 400 m away, a zoned school on Gurner Avenue 500 m, and the Austral town centre 600 m. Leppington Station is 5 km away, Liverpool CBD 10 km, and the Western Sydney International Airport and Aerotropolis precinct 20 km. The future Fifteenth Avenue Smart Transit (FAST) corridor will run along the site’s frontage.

Status
Construction reached practical completion in April 2026. The project is now in its final stage — title registration and settlements — through to Q4 2026.
