Parkside Residences is a 68-apartment building adjoining public parkland, delivered with a communal rooftop and ground-floor amenity.
Our role
JN Group held an equity position from acquisition through to settlement of the final apartment, and supported the sponsor on pricing and release strategy.
Outcome
The building reached practical completion in 2024 and settled in full. Performance figures are available to qualified investors on request.
