Overview
Marina Quarter is a waterfront precinct combining residential apartments with an activated retail promenade. The site was selected for its direct water frontage, established transport links and the shortage of new mid-rise stock in the immediate catchment.
Our role
JN Group came into the project at the capital structuring stage, investing alongside the developer and a domestic institutional partner. We hold a board seat and participate in design, procurement and sales-release decisions.
Status
Development approval is in place and early works have commenced. Construction procurement is under way, with practical completion expected in 2028.
