Ashgrove Terraces delivers 42 three-bedroom townhouses over two stages in an established inner-north suburb. The product is deliberately positioned at the owner-occupier end of the market rather than the investor end, which supports pre-sale depth and reduces settlement risk.
Our role
JN Group provided equity into the project company and supports the developer on feasibility, staging and sales strategy. Day-to-day delivery sits with the appointed development manager.
Status
Stage one is under construction. Stage two civil works follow on completion of stage one, with the full community expected to settle through 2027.
