One Five Six by Azure is a completed development of 10 residences at New Farm, Brisbane, on the bank of the Brisbane River. New Farm’s parks, cafes, cultural venues and riverfront walks are nearby.
Total development cost was AUD $42 million, and the development completed in Q4 2024.
The building is low-rise, in pale render and dark timber screening, with deep balconies planted along their edges and a landscaped terrace on the roof, above a wooded bank and a riverside path.
Our role
JN Group participated as an equity partner. The project carries the Azure name.
