Overview
Riverbank Commercial Centre provides 9,800 sqm of A-grade office space over ground-floor food and beverage tenancies, in a fringe precinct benefiting from public infrastructure investment.
Our role
JN Group co-invests alongside the sponsor and a co-investment vehicle assembled for the transaction. We review leasing strategy and major capital decisions.
Status
Site assembly is complete and the project is progressing through design and pre-commitment leasing, targeting completion in 2028.
