Overview
Northline Logistics Estate is a six-unit industrial estate on an established freight corridor, sized for last-mile distribution and light manufacturing tenants. Unit sizes were set to suit occupiers priced out of larger single-tenant facilities.
Our role
JN Group is both an investor and the appointed development manager, which means we run the programme, the consultant team and the leasing campaign directly.
Status
Planning approval has been obtained and the estate is in detailed design. Construction is programmed to begin ahead of a staged practical completion in 2027.
