Hugo’s by Azure is a residential development at Casuarina, on the New South Wales Northern Rivers coast, of 90 apartments and six villas. The development includes lifestyle and wellness amenities.
Casuarina is a finite coastal village of roughly three linear kilometres, and the site sits where the beach, the village and local amenities meet.
Total development cost is approximately AUD $178.5 million, and the project is expected to complete in Q4 2028.
The proposed buildings are low-rise, in white render, behind a tall arched colonnade.
Our role
JN Group participates as an equity partner. The project carries the Azure name.
Status
In delivery, with completion expected in Q4 2028.
